I’m a qualified Yoga Teacher & Personal Trainer who specialises in Pre & Postnatal.
I have always found the female body truly fascinating, so I knew specialising in pregnancy and beyond was going to be my calling.
I can truly appreciate what the female body goes through during pregnancy having recently given birth myself. I know the importance of keeping our growing bodies strong throughout all trimesters and beyond.
Yoga really helped me on my personal journey in pregnancy, which is why I feel so thankful I can share this with other women.
My style of teaching also has an influence of strength training as I believe yoga and strength go hand in hand – even in pregnancy. In my classes expect breath-work, a gentle flow, core and pelvic floor work, along with deepening your connection with your baby (in utero or earth side!)
